Hello and welcome to the Team Clouseau website.

On the 21st of July we took part in the 2007 Mongol Rally along with 200 other teams, with the simple aim of driving from Hyde Park in London to Ulan Bataar in Mongolia – and raising thousands of pounds for some very deserving charities.

Only 4 mountain ranges, 2 deserts and 8,000 miles of potholes and dirt roads were between us and the finish line. Easy enough you might think. The only problem is that we had just 30 days to reach Mongolia and all teams must complete the race in a car of less than 1000cc. Team Clouseau took  ‘The Hornet’ – a 1988 2CV Special. An incredible machine that performed amazingly well across the ridiculously hard terrain. And yes... we made it! Never in doubt with a 2CV.

We were overwhelmed by all the interest and encouragement we received. Team Clouseau is very grateful for your support and we would especially like to thank everyone who donated to our causes and all our team sponsors.

The Hornet is now in Mongolia after being sold for a small profit and we are back in the UK with tropical diseases. Well Rupert caught something mysterious but that is another story.
